Bookings and Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a $200 deposit is required via direct payment.

The full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to arrival the deposit and full payment will only be refunded if the house is rebooked.

If no rebooking occurs the deposit will be forfeited and is non refundable.

If a cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable.

Although we accommodate families, we do not supply cots or hight chairs. However we are more than happy if you were to bring your own.

Smoking and Pets

The Timber and Stone Retreat is a smokefree venue, and  we are also a pet free home.
